Our Credentials

• Take Flight Farms is a Distinguished Member of the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). This designation, received in 2010 and 2011, denotes our 'adherence to exceptional standards of business and practice in EAGALA Model Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning'. Only six centers (out of a total of over 3,500 across the world) have earned this elite distinction!

• As a committed member of the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) since 2003, we are an active part of this premiere institution dedicated to improving the mental health of individuals, families and groups around the world by setting the standard of excellence in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning.

• Take Flight Farms is the only provider of ground-based mental health services with horses in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. All Take Flight programs are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and a certified horse specialist.

• All members of our team have achieved EAGALA Certification or EAGALA Advanced Certification. The majority of our volunteers have completed EAGALA training.
